Brutally short and almost pure argument. With one killer and one Doctor, a single correct save can swing the whole game.
The mafia land one kill a night, of which 1 of the 1 mafia is a killer. The town needs to eliminate 1 player to win outright; the mafia need the living town down to 1 to reach parity.
The Doctor protects one player a night.
